Founded independent theatre company dedicated to presenting thought-provoking theatre productions which build community, involve individuals from a variety of different economic sectors, and which “Pop Up” in different theatre venues across cities in the United States — currently presenting shows in Chicago, New York, and Washington D.C. Have presented three shows in the last nine months including Next to Normal (May 2024; Chicago, IL), Madlibs Macbeth (October 2024; Chicago, IL), How Ciggy Capri Came to Be (November 2024; New York, New York).

Claremont McKenna President’s Grant for Student Capstone

Granted $20,000 to collaborate with executive producer Max Fine (CMC 21) and direct a professional remote movie musical project of the Addams Family for the Claremont College Consortium. Managed a team of 60 student artists, designers, actors, and editors. Presented our work to Netflix and Paramount Pictures.

Engage in faculty meetings and department candidate luncheons to advocate for students and provide feedback to advance the department. Develop programming related to current political events and class information/registration. Hosted talkback with presidential candidate Marianne Williamson, in collaboration with ‘The Student Life’ newspaper.

Direct a team of six to manage the largest student-run theatre production company at the Claremont Colleges that conducts two shows and a series of staged readings a semester for audiences of 500+. Organize meetings, coordinate talkbacks by collaborating with mentor/advocacy groups across campus, and liaison with the Theatre Department.

Received $2000 award to spearhead “21 Chump Street”––a 20 minute musical about racial profiling and marijuana law––in partnership with the Politics and Theatre departments to facilitate campus-wide, cross-disciplinary academic and social exchange. Assembled the production team, provided financial and publicity advice, and was cast as the lead.
